Privacy
What we collect
When you book a call: your name, shop name, email, mobile number, your time zone and the time you picked. To stop spam we also keep a scrambled version of your IP address, which can't be turned back into the address. Our hosting providers log basic technical data like browser type. We don't use it to identify you.
How we use it
To schedule your call, email you a confirmation and a reminder, call you at the time you picked, and follow up about our services after. We never sell or rent your information.
Emails and calls
Booking a call means we'll email you about it, like the confirmation, a calendar invite and a reminder, and call you on the number you gave at the time you picked. We don't send marketing texts. To stop hearing from us, reply to any of our emails and say so.
Who sees your information
Only the services that run our booking: Supabase stores your booking, and Google runs our calendar and sends our emails. They use it only to provide that service. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Seeing or deleting your data
Ask us any time to see, correct or delete your information at obsydiantechnology@gmail.com. We keep it only as long as we need it to talk with you about our services.
Terms
